Alpha Wireless Solutions has been an extension of a former role within a national carrier origination, sales and service, which has now come full circle. Ray is an direct for Sprint. He truly believes in putting customers first and providing solutions that will ultimately impact their bottom line in a positive way. Ali comes from a successful career in manufacturing sales that spans over 10 years.
He started his career with a national firm where he performed multiple sales specialist positions. He then moved to American Axle, a national device provider, where he focused on business development and became a Regional Sales Manager. His last position before joining Alpha Wireless Solutions was Vice President of Sales for AXL American Axle, a global organization in automation equipment. There he managed 3 product divisions, over 30 sales representatives, and $100 million in sales. He brings a wealth of experience in running sales organizations, building training programs, recruiting and developing top performers. He is also well versed in negotiating manufacturer contracts, overseeing multiple product launches, and maximizing profitability. Ali believes in providing the resources, tools, and training to his teams to receive the best results, which ultimately benefit the customer.

Emily has been involved in operations since 2006.
Emily excels at what excites her, and that’s exploring the details of each client she serves as a wireless relations consultant, truly helping clients achieve optimal network optimization and value.
Her background resides in the transportation industry, and in her 8-year tenure, she has worked for both brokerage firms and full-service transportation companies. She has handled all facets of the industry, culminating in the position of department head of dispatch and tracking. In this role she managed as many as 15 people and created a strong, cohesive team environment. Emily is a proponent of structure, organization, world-class customer service, and strong communication.
